Content Review Process

The publication lifecycle from draft to archive.

Content begins as a draft and can move through pending review, scheduled, published, rejected or archived states. Autosave protects work in progress, while revision history allows an authorised editor to restore an earlier body without changing unrelated business records.

Before publication, the editor checks title, summary, authorship, dates, source links, image alternative text, canonical path and audience. Content that is thin, duplicated, unsupported or unsafe is returned for revision rather than published to satisfy a numeric SEO score.

Scheduled content becomes public only at the configured time. Archived content is removed from public discovery and the sitemap while the preserved administrative record remains available to authorised staff.
